Pathimugam

Pathimugam is a traditional Kerala herbal drink made by boiling small pieces of Indian red wood (sappan wood) in water until it turns a light pink colour. It is commonly served warm before or with meals as a refreshing, mildly earthy water that is believed in Ayurveda to help purify the blood, aid digestion, cool the body, and support overall wellness when consumed regularly.
